Theodore Powell, a 49-year-old African American man, was found fatally shot on May 23, 2021, in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. He was discovered alongside Michael Holder Sr., a 48-year-old man, in a car located in the 4600 block of South Federal Street. Both men had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
