Ladontis J. Farrow, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred inside a home in the Roseland neighborhood on the Far South Side of Chicago. Ladontis was fatally shot in the head around 6:05 p.m. in the first block of East 113th Place.
