Gyovanny Arzuaga, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred during a Puerto Rican Day Parade celebration in Humboldt Park. Arzuaga and his girlfriend, Yasmin Perez, were involved in a minor traffic accident on Division Street near Spaulding Avenue.
