Jordan Dawson, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically shot on July 5, 2021, in the Washington Park neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the 200 block of East 59th Street. Dawson succumbed to his injuries and passed away hours later on July 6, 2021.
