In the coastal city of Saint John, New Brunswick, the autumn of 2022 was marked by the sudden and unsettling disappearance of 57-year-old Paul Davis. On November 5th, a day that began like any other, Mr. Davis, known to be an enthusiastic and frequent swimmer, went to the shores near the Bay Ferry dock for a swim.
