Lamar Glover, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2021, in Rockford, Illinois. In the early hours of that day, around 1:25 a.m., Rockford Police responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Lexington Avenue and Hudson Street. Upon arrival, officers found Lamar Glover suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Despite being immediately transported to a local hospital, Glover succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
