Victor Hampton, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 22, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred inside a Family Dollar store located in the Woodlawn neighborhood. Around 12:45 p.m., Victor Hampton was inside the store when an assailant entered and shot him multiple times in the head, face, and body.
