Lugean Turner, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 24, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Englewood neighborhood, where Lugean and a 16-year-old boy were in the backyard of a home on South Peoria Street around 1:15 a.m. when they were suddenly fired upon.
