Tomaras Lamar Qualls, a 30-year-old Black male from Park Forest, Illinois, was tragically shot multiple times on the evening of November 6, 2021. The incident occurred at approximately 9:49 p.m. in the 15400 block of Paulina Avenue in Harvey, Illinois.
