In the city of Baltimore, a life was cut short on March 26, 2009, leaving a family to mourn and a community to wonder. Caneil Campanelle Fullwood, a 29-year-old Black male known affectionately to his friends and family as 'Pooh,' was found the victim of a shooting in a parking lot located in the 700 block of West North Avenue.
