Death by Force

Ralph Williams, a 38-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 11, 2021, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 12:10 p.m. in the 300 block of West 119th Street in the West Pullman neighborhood. Ralph Williams was sitting in his vehicle when two males approached, and one of them fired shots into the vehicle, striking him in the back.
