Marcell Wilson, a 12-year-old African American boy from Chicago, IL, tragically lost his life on January 2, 2022. The incident occurred in the Englewood neighborhood on the city's south side. Marcell was sitting on his bed in a back bedroom of his home, playing video games with his 13-year-old sister, when he was shot in the chest by someone he knew.
