James Laron Hatchett, a 39-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on January 14, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:30 PM while he was sitting in his car at a gas pump in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, specifically in the 3100 block of West Chicago Avenue.
