Jasmon Jiggetts

On a tragic day in Baltimore, what was a mother's birthday became a day of eternal rest for her son. Jasmon S. Jiggetts, known to many as Timmy, was fatally shot on Thursday, April 23, 2009. The 28-year-old African-American man was found by authorities in the 1600 block of East Eager Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene. His death was one of many that contributed to the city's high homicide rate that year.
