Ronnie Cummings, a 48-year-old African American man, was tragically found dead on February 6, 2022, in Cahokia Heights, Illinois. He was discovered alongside his 76-year-old mother, Esther Cummings, both having suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The incident occurred at their residence on Calvin Boulevard, where they lived with other family members. The discovery was made following a call to the police about a domestic disturbance early that Sunday morning.
