Jarvis Evans, a 34-year-old African American male from South Holland, Illinois, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2022. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 12:30 a.m., when police responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 1900 block of Memorial Drive.
