Carla Jean Loos Jacobs, a 74-year-old white female, tragically died on May 9, 2022, in her home in West Point, Illinois. Carla was born on October 25, 1947, in Quincy, Illinois, to Robert C. and Carol E. Lovelace Loos. She was married to Gary Dennis Jacobs, and they were high school sweethearts who had been together since their time at Quincy High School.
