Eloy Renteria, a 69-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on May 29, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood, where a domestic dispute escalated into a deadly shooting. Eloy Renteria was shot in the arm and torso and was subsequently taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed his death due to gunshot wounds.
