Leon Trayvon Holton, a 26-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 10, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. Holton was a passenger in a car driving through the East Pilsen neighborhood on the Lower West Side when a black sedan pulled alongside the vehicle he was in. An unknown assailant from the black sedan opened fire, fatally wounding Holton. He was immediately taken to Stroger Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
