Elijah Gallardo, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2022, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Little Village neighborhood, a predominantly Hispanic area known for its vibrant culture but also for its struggles with gang violence. Elijah was a passenger in a vehicle when a black car began pursuing them.
