Jaedon E. Ball, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. Jaedon was fatally shot in the torso while traveling in a vehicle in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood on the Southwest Side. The incident occurred around 2:10 p.m. in the 6200 block of South Rockwell Avenue. Despite being rushed to the University of Chicago Medical Center, Jaedon succumbed to his injuries.
