According to reports, David Garcia Jr. was fatally shot by his younger brother, Gabriel Garcia, who was 19 years old at the time. The Kane County Coroner, Rob Russell, confirmed that David Garcia Jr.
died from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
The altercation between the brothers escalated into a deadly confrontation, leading Gabriel Garcia to point a handgun at David Garcia Jr. and fire.
