Deontae D. Winfrey, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on August 6, 2022, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 3:20 a.m. in a parking lot located in the 400 block of South Clark Street. The shooting was captured on surveillance video, which showed a chaotic scene where multiple shooters were involved.
