Ruby Navarrete, a 15-year-old girl from Cicero, Illinois, tragically lost her life on November 20, 2022, during a shooting at a garage party in Chicago's Austin neighborhood. The incident occurred around 11:40 p.m. in the 5800 block of West Augusta Boulevard.
