In the winter of 1986, a tragic event unfolded in Colquitt County, Georgia, that ended the life of a dedicated law enforcement officer. Tony Reed Wilder, a 43-year-old male Deputy Sheriff, was killed in the line of duty on Friday, January 31, 1986.
