Sandra D. Reaves, a 22-year-old African American woman, was tragically murdered on July 12, 1987, in Milledgeville, Georgia. On that fateful night, Sandra, along with her mother Dorothy Hightower and her 19-year-old sister Evelyn Reaves, was found shot to death in their home at 115 McKinley.
