In the late hours of an October night in 2017, the life of 36-year-old Veronique Reaves was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence on a quiet highway in Baldwin County, Georgia. A beloved mother, wife, and teacher, her death sent shockwaves through the Milledgeville community and left behind a mystery that remains unsolved. While driving home from her job as a hairstylist, Reaves made a frantic 911 call to report that she was being followed. Moments later, she was shot and killed.
