Wade C. Barrett Jr., a 27-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on April 7, 1991, in DeKalb County, Georgia. Officer Barrett, who served with the DeKalb County Police Department for four years, was responding to a call about an unknown disturbance at the Treehills Apartment complex on Treehills Parkway shortly before midnight.
