Jafferd Tucker, an 18-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 27, 1994, at the Oakland City MARTA station in southwest Atlanta. The incident occurred in the early afternoon, and a MARTA employee who heard the gunshot witnessed Tucker bleeding from his mouth before he collapsed and died at the scene. The suspect, identified as Muhammed Bilal El-Amin, was seen fleeing the area immediately after the shooting.
