Scott Allyn Webb, a 30-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on July 29, 1999, in Atlanta, Georgia. Webb was working as a day trader at Momentum Securities Inc. when he became one of the victims in a horrific shooting incident. The perpetrator, another day trader, opened fire in the office, resulting in the deaths of Webb and eight others. This tragic event is often referred to as the "Atlanta day trader shooting."
