In the summer of 2022, the life of 18-year-old Charles Jakobe Fox Santana Payne came to a violent end in an Atlanta area gas station parking lot. On the evening of June 22nd, shots rang out at a Chevron on Covington Highway in DeKalb County, and when the chaos subsided, Payne was found fatally wounded.
