Kevin Pierre, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 13, 2014, in Norcross, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Bradford Gwinnett Townhomes, where Kevin lived with his mother. On that fateful day, a fight broke out on Beaver Springs Lane, a public road adjacent to the apartment complex. Although Kevin was not involved in the altercation, he was struck by gunfire and killed while in a common area of the complex.
