In the early morning hours of March 6, 2021, the life of 18-year-old Desmon Wright was tragically cut short in the breezeway of a Norcross, Georgia apartment complex. The Gwinnett County police were called to the Las Palmas Apartments on Seasons Parkway shortly after 3 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Wright, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
