In a late-night act of violence fueled by jealousy, a 48-year-old man, Marshal Tucker, was shot and killed. The male victim's life was cut short on a Monday evening at the Harbor Lakes Apartments, located on Roosevelt Highway in Fairburn, Georgia.

Events unfolded around 11:45 p.m. when a gunman opened fire, striking Tucker and his female companion. When law enforcement arrived, Tucker was found deceased at the scene. The woman, who was also shot, survived the attack and was transported to ...
