Marshal Tucker, a 48-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on May 19, 2014, in Fairburn, Georgia. The incident occurred when Tucker visited the apartment of Latonia Patterson, a woman he had recently started dating. Around 11:30 p.m., Tucker knocked on Patterson's door with his distinctive knock.
