Anisa Mobley, a 25-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on September 3, 2014, in Morven, Georgia. Anisa, along with her brother Wilbur Mobley, 27, was found shot to death outside their family home. Both siblings worked as correctional officers at Valdosta State Prison.
