In the early morning hours of September 3, 2014, in the small town of Morven, Georgia, a tragedy unfolded that would claim the lives of two siblings. Anisa Chantell Mobley, a 25-year-old female, and her brother, Wilbur Jamal Mobley, 27, were gunned down outside their family home on Azalea Avenue.
