In the quiet town of Covington, Georgia, a distressing call to 911 on April 28, 2019, shattered the morning calm. Responding to a report of a penetrating trauma, Newton County Sheriff's deputies arrived at a home on Alcovy Way to a grim scene. Inside, in a back bedroom, they discovered the body of 57-year-old Andrea Walker, a female resident of the home. She had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
