Jhalil Quindarvis King, a 26-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on September 27, 2014, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred during the night of September 26-27, when King was ambushed while sitting in his vehicle. According to court testimony, the ambush was the result of a confrontation earlier that evening between King and Dameino Roberts, a 32-year-old man with a criminal history.
