Jeremiah Prather, a 9-year-old African American boy from Douglasville, GA, tragically lost his life on February 7, 2015, in a devastating murder-suicide incident. The incident occurred at 3640 Willow Tree Circle, where Jeremiah's father, Cedric Prather, opened fire on his ex-wife, Latoya A.
