Ricardo James, a 27-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on March 6, 2015, in Bainbridge, Georgia. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Water Street. According to Bainbridge Public Safety, officers responded to the scene around 4:35 p.m. after receiving a call about a shooting.
