Joshua Richey, a 38-year-old white male, was tragically killed on March 10, 2015, in the parking lot of a Kroger grocery store on Ponce de Leon Avenue in Atlanta, Georgia. Richey, a construction worker and father of four, was working on a construction job at the Kroger when he noticed someone inside his truck.
