Rashad McIntosh, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 13, 2015, in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Rashad was shot multiple times outside the M&M Package Store on Stone Mill Way. The incident occurred not long after he and his mother had moved to the area.
