Meghan Starling Davis Bowen, a 33-year-old woman from Douglas, Georgia, tragically passed away on November 19, 2015. Meghan, born on August 27, 1982, was a beloved member of her community and is survived by her two daughters, Rylee McCoy and Eva Bowen. Her death was initially reported as a result of a brief illness, but further investigations revealed a more sinister cause.
