Akeem Perry, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 2, 2016, in Jonesboro, Georgia. The incident occurred following a heated argument between Akeem and his father, James Perry, aged 51. The altercation, which took place at their home on Whaleys Lake Drive, escalated into a physical confrontation.
