In the early morning hours of Saturday, September 10, 2016, the life of 36-year-old Joshua Turner Norred was cut short in a violent encounter in Stockbridge, Georgia. Norred, a former owner and operator of Kut Throat Tattoo Parlor and an employee of Caterpillar, Inc., was at the Stay Inn and Suites on Davidson Parkway when the fatal incident unfolded.
