Death by Force

Josephine Roby-Skinner, a 55-year-old African American woman, was found dead on November 18, 2016, in her home in Norcross, GA. The tragic incident also claimed the lives of her 10-year-old daughter, Jasmyn Skinner, and her 26-year-old son, Jermaine Roby. The family was discovered by Vernon Skinner, Josephine's husband, who returned home to find his wife, daughter, and son lying in a pool of blood. The Gwinnett County Police responded to the scene and began an investigation into the deaths.
