In a quiet Norcross, Georgia neighborhood, a devastating scene unfolded that cut short the life of 10-year-old Jasmyn Skinner. On a Friday afternoon in November 2016, Jasmyn, a female, was found tragically deceased inside her family's home on Pebble Creek Drive. The discovery was made by her father, Vernon Skinner, who was returning home from work after receiving a call from his son, Jermaine Roby, urging him to come back because Jasmyn was reportedly sick.
