In December of 2016, a promising real estate developer's life was tragically cut short in a northwest Atlanta neighborhood. David Abbasi, a 32-year-old husband and father from Cherokee County, was discovered deceased inside an abandoned and partially renovated house on Longley Avenue. His body was found by Atlanta police who were responding to a call of shots fired in the area.
