Daniel Phalon Triplett, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on December 28, 2016, in Waynesboro, Georgia. His body was discovered on H. Berol Road, a dirt road near Middleground Road, by Department of Natural Resources officers who were patrolling the area.
