E'Lisha Den'Zel Smith, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2017, in Cairo, Georgia. The incident occurred on 7th Street, where Smith was fatally shot. The authorities identified the suspect as Nicholas Lequinte Perry, a 20-year-old male from Cairo.
