Oscar Freeman Jr., a 47-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 4, 2017, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred on Pansy Avenue, where Freeman had gone to visit a friend. Around 4 p.m., an argument broke out between Freeman and his cousin, Robert Dewitt Cummings, aged 55.
